6-In-House Testing Labs & Quality Control Department

To ensure premium quality and meet international standards, we have established a fully equipped In-House Testing Laboratory and a highly skilled Quality Control (QC) Department. Our QC team is involved in the production process from Kora to the final product, ensuring that every item adheres to strict quality benchmarks.
Our department is led by a Finishing Engineer (Chemical Engineer) with specialized teams dedicated to MCP (Moisture Control Process) and DCP (Dust Control Process). These chambers have been developed in line with WSI Furniture Finish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality in every batch.
1. THERMAL TESTING
Thermal Testing evaluates product durability and performance under varying temperature conditions. It helps determine optimal m a t e r i a l s , m e a s u r e s product longevity, and identifies weaknesses that may lead to failure in extreme environments.
2. DROP TESTING
Drop Testing simulates h a n d l i n g a n d s h i p p i n g s ce n a r i o s by d ro p p i n g handicraft items from a predetermined height. This assesses both product r e s i l i e n c e a n d t h e e ff e c t i v e n e s s o f i t s packaging to withstand impacts.
3. TILT TEST MACHINE
While not a conventional tool, our custom Tilt Testing setup evaluates the stability of handicraft items. This is crucial for fragile or uniquely shaped products, ensuring they remain upright and safe u n d e r s l i g h t a n g u l a r pressures.
